Psalm 115:11 (NAS) You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield.

Let us praise our God and reflect on His goodness and being. God is Almighty. He is omniscient, He knows the beginning to the end. Nothing is a surprise to Him and all things are in His control. He is omnipresent. He is always with us, He is a God that is near and never far away, He fills the heaven and earth. He is omnipotent. He is all powerful, He spoke the heavens and the earth into being and formed man from the dust of the earth, and He upholds all things by the power of His word. Is anything too hard for the Lord?

In holiness, righteousness, and goodness God is ruling and reigning. This gives us a sense of awe and fear at what a powerful, present, and all knowing God that we serve. He never changes and we can trust in Him. For every single true believer this is a great comfort. We are those who fear Him and trust Him. We have a reverential fear of this God that is our support, our guardian, our defense, and our Savior.

Wherever there is faith in God, there is a holy godly fear. He is our protector and defender. Let us praise Him and honor Him with our trust and faith. Let us live in holiness and godliness that is set apart from the world. Let us think on the heavenly things and not our present troubles, for our God knows them all. Let us proclaim, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reins.”

With all love that is in Christ Jesus, God bless you.
